MattressSmartColumbus is an independent mattress review site based in Columbus, Ohio. We publish in-depth reviews, side-by-side comparisons, and buying guides to help people make confident mattress decisions without relying on salespeople or manufacturer marketing.
Our Reviewer
Marcus spent 11 years managing mattress showrooms across the Midwest before switching to independent reviewing in 2021. He has personally evaluated over 60 mattress models and built this site to give buyers the honest analysis the industry rarely provides.
Our Methodology
Our ratings and conclusions are based on analysis of manufacturer specifications, verified customer reviews, and publicly available testing data. We evaluate each mattress across five core dimensions: pressure relief, motion isolation, edge support, responsiveness, and temperature regulation.
We do not accept payment for positive reviews. Brands cannot influence our ratings or editorial conclusions. When we recommend a product, it is because we believe it is genuinely the best option for a specific type of sleeper.
