Who We Are
MattressSmartColumbus is an independent mattress review site based in Columbus, Ohio. We publish in-depth reviews, side-by-side comparisons, and buying guides to help people make confident mattress decisions without relying on salespeople or manufacturer marketing.
Our Reviewer
This site publishes research-based mattress comparisons. Claims of individual hands-on testing are not used unless the underlying records can be made available to readers.
Our Methodology
Our current guides compare manufacturer specifications, published policies, customer feedback, and cited third-party reports. We do not have documented in-house laboratory measurements for the mattresses in these guides. Published specifications and customer accounts can help narrow a shortlist, but they cannot establish how a particular mattress will feel to you. We identify sources and distinguish manufacturer claims from independent evidence where possible.
We do not accept payment for positive reviews. Brands cannot influence our ratings or editorial conclusions. When we recommend a product, it is because we believe it is genuinely the best option for a specific type of sleeper.
Affiliate Relationships
This site earns revenue through affiliate commissions when you purchase through our links. This does not affect our recommendations. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
